MyLab Portal Tutorial - Additional Features

Hi Everyone! It’s Megan Fonfara again, your Client Onboarding Specialist.

My goal is to create educational materials in order for you have the best customer experience possible with Midwest Labs. The MyLab Portal is our online account management system, which allows you to submit proper sample paperwork to send in with your samples, view your test results, and even pay your monthly invoices securely online.

In my first two videos, we reviewed the steps to create an account and submit sample paperwork. Today I am going to review the additional features available in your MyLab Portal account. I will show you how to print your shipping labels, schedule a pickup, order supplies and add additional users to your account.
